10-12 eggs
2 c milk
8 oz. grated cheese of your choice
6-8 slices french bread
1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread in bottom of greased 13"X9" pan. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over bread. Add cooked meat over the egg mixture, then layer with cheese. Set overnight (covered ) in fridge, then bake uncovered at 325 for 45 min. or till golden brown
