6 cups nonfat milk (the ultra-pasturized kind makes for a creamier beverage)
1 box sugar-free white chocolate- or vanilla-flavored instant pudding
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp rum extract
Freshly grated nutmeg, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 cups milk with pudding, until well combined. Then add additional 4 cups of milk, extract, and nutmeg. Mix well. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

To serve, give eggnog a good stir, pour into glasses, and garnish with another pinch of freshly grated nutmeg.
