2 lbs. hamburger
1 large sweet onion, diced
1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix
2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
15 oz. can pinto beans
15 oz. can black beans
15 oz. kidney beans
10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes
15 oz. can diced stewed tomatoes
2 (15 oz.) cans shoe peg corn
2 cups water
1 1/2 cooked minute rice
Sour cream
Shredded cheddar cheese
Doritos, crushed

Directions:

Fry lean hamburger and diced onions. Drain. Add drained hamburger, onion, ranch dressing and taco seasoning mixes. Stir in pinto, black and kidney beans with juices. Add Rotel tomatoes, stewed tomatoes, corn, water and cooked rice. Boil and turn down to simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes. Pour into serving bowls. Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and crushed Doritos.
