4 1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
3/4 stick margarine or butter
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. marshmallow creme
walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, canned milk and margarine in saucepan. Cook over low heat stirring frequently. Bring to a boil and let boil until soft ball stage.

Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, marshmallow creme and walnuts.

Spread into a greased 13" x 9" glass pan.

Cool.

My grandma made many "batches" of this candy for her family and friends. The family fishing vacations to Canada gave us the opportunity to learn first hand how to create this treat from the best. Grandma also made this for the carolers at Christmas time from her church, Purchase Line Church of the Brethren.
