1 can French style green beans
1 can shoepeg or small white corn
1 can Le Sueur peas
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 medium onion (minced)
1 medium green pepper (diced)
1 jar pimentos (drained and chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain peas, beans, and corn. Mix together with onion, green pepper, and pimentos. Combine oil and sugar. Pour over vegetables and mix thoroughly.

Refrigerate 24 hours. Drain and serve.
