1 lb lean ground beef
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 can (15.5 oz) kidney beans (rinsed)
1 cup salsa (chunky)
1 cup water
4 (6 inch) flour tortillas, cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces
1 cup shredded four Mexican style cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1 large green onion, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.

Add taco seasoning mix, kidney beans, salsa, and water. Stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 minutes.

Stir in tortilla pieces; top with cheese.

Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream and onions.
