1/2 lb butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup ground nuts
1 tsp vanilla
Confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 300º. Cream the butter, then ad the sugar, flour nuts, and vanilla, mix thoroughly. Shape with your fingers into delicate crescents, about 2 inches long and 1/2 inch wide and thick. Roll in confectioners sugar and bake on ungreased cookie sheets for approx 30 minutes, until just faintly browned. Cool, then roll in more confectioners sugar before serving.
