1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup bourbon
3 Tbs lime juice
3 Tbs water
3 Tbs oil
1/2 tsp ginger
2 large cloves of garlic crushed
5 to 7 lb chuck roast
Meat tenderizer

Directions:
Directions:
Trim excess fat from meat, score edges of meat, and sprinkle all sides with about 1 tsp of tenderizer. Let stand ay room temperature for 1 hour. Pour marinade over roast, cover and leave at room temperature for 4 to 5 hours turning every hour. Grill for 30 minutes for medium rare (15 minutes per side).
Remove, let stand for 5 minutes and cut thin slices across the grain.
