Cake:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. vinegar
5 Tbsp. oil
1 cup water

Frosting:
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 egg white
1/4 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Put flour in pan, make 3 wells, add cocoa, vanilla, vinegar, oil and water.
Mix it all together in the pan and bake.

Frosting:
Mix all ingredients together, beat until very thick.
