3/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 cup flour
2 cups shredded zucchini
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup coconut
3/4 cup chopped dates
3/4 cup raisins

TOPPING:
1 tsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together:
margarine, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Add:
flour, shredded zucchini, salt, baking powder, coconut, chopped dates, and raisins.
Blend and bake at 350 º 9x13 pan for 35 to 40 minutes.

Topping:
Mix together and drizzle over warm bars, sprinkle with nuts. Cut while warm.
Can be frozen.

Grandma (Trellah Brown Myers) gave me this recipe years ago and I have never made it because I don't like coconut or dates. She said they are very good, so I will take her word for it.
