2 c. water
2 c. raisins, golden
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
2 tsp. Sweet n low
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook raisins in water until water evaporates. Set aside. Mis applesauce, eggs, sweetner, and cooking oil and mix well. Blend in baking soda and four, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Add raisins and nuts. Pour into greased 8x8 cake pan. Bake approximately 25 minutes or until done. Cut into 16 pieces.
