Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs. beef tips (use good lean meat)
2 pieces of lean bacon (I don't use bacon anymore; substitute with wesson oil).
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 small jar of mushrooms or fresh mushrooms
cooked white rice

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon and discard fat; use your oil to brown your beef tips. I use my electric skillet for this. Take a plastic bag, put flour, salt and pepper into it them beef tips; them put in skillet and brown, after you have browned them, put in your onions and mushrooms. Add about 2 c. of water and simmer for a while. Then I will take mine and put all in slow cooker and leave until I am ready for my meal. (Don't overcook.) Cook on low!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I use grapes, chopped celery, carrots, tomatoes and chow mein noodles on top of my cooked rice and tips before serving. This was another of Duane's favorites as well as my son Hobie's.. My neighbor also like it as well.
