6 C. diced potatoes
2 c. water
1 c. celery,chopped or sliced
1 c. carrots, sliced
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tsp. dry parsley flakes
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk
3/4 pound velveeta

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first 8 ingredients to a boil. Cook until tender. Add milk and cheese. Thicken to desired consistency using 3 T. cornstarch in 1/2 c. water.
