1 pound butter--soft, but not melted
2 cups white sugar
4 egg yolks
2 tablespoons cream
1 tsp. almond flavoring
5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, cream and flavoring. Fold in flour--the first 3 or 4 cups can be mixed in with electric mixer depending on the strength of the mixer. The last 1 or 2 cups need to be mixed in by hand or use dough hooks. Put dough in a cookie gun, use quick stroke of the trigger, turn gun slightly and lift. Bake in 350 degree oven for 12 - 15 minutes. Makes approx. 8 dozen cookies.
