2 cups sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cups cranberries, chopped
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 1/2 cups light raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda into large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Add egg; orange juice, and orange peel all at once; stir just until mixture is evenly moist. Fold in raisins and cranberries. Spoon into a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
