14 cup salad oil
1 clove garlic
3 eggs
2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
Lettuce
Red Onion
Red Pepper
Mango
Oranges
Papaya
Tomatoes
Jicama
Avocado

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the 1/4 salad oil with garlic in 2- 9" pie pans in a 450º oven as it preheats. ( Do not preheat the oven prior to this step)

Mix the eggs,flour,milk, salt, and tarragon leaves until smooth.

Remove the garlic from the hot oil. Pour the egg mixture into the pans.

Bake @ 450º for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

When "bowl" is cool, add lettuce, onion, pepper, mango, oranges, papaya, tomatoes, jicama, and avocado.

Top with your favorite dressing or use "Cumin Dressing".
