Pork Loin Roast (or chicken breasts )
flour and salt
4 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Season roast with garlic, salt, and pepper.

Bake @ 325 for about an hour or until thermometer registers 185.

While cooking, combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boiling.

Pour over sauce when ready to serve.


Serve with Buccellati bread and orange butter.
