1 8oz cream cheese soften
1 small pkg Ranch Dressing mix or 3 tablespoon Bulk mix.
Lowry's Seasoned pepper or McCormick's which ever one you have on hand.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and dressing mix until well blended.
Place a Saran wrap on on your cabinet top, sprinkle a heavy layer on seasoning 8 or 10 inches long. Moisten your hands so cream cheese will not stick and make a 8 or 10 inch rope and place it in the middle of the pepper. Roll out a log, sprinkling pepper as needed to cover it. Wrap log in Saran to chill and ready to use. Place on a plate and lay your favorite crackers around it. ( I like wheat thins.)
