2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
2 tbl flour
1 tbl vanilla ext
1 cup chopped pecans
1 9in pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 375
Beat eggs sugar, corn syrup, flour and vanilla until creamy, stir in pecans.
Pour into pie shell, bake 40 to 50
Honey Crunch Topping

3 tbl light brown sugar
1 tbl butter
3 tbl honey
1 cup pecan halves
In small pot combine brown sugar, butter and honey
Cook over low heat until ingredients come to boil,
stir in pecans
remove from heat
During last five min of baking pie, remove from oven and spread topping
Return to oven
Broil until topping is bubbly and golden brown.
