1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. grated orange or lemon peel
2 1/2 c. cut up rhubarb
2 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
3 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400ºF.
After making the pie crust of your choice, sift together sugar and flour. Mix in the peel. Pour half of the strawberries and rhubarb into the unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with half of the sugar mixture. Repeat with remaining fruit and sugar. Dot with butter and cover with top crust. Make slits in the center of the crust. Bake 40-50 minutes.
