Use fresh pasta.

Sauce:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 chopped onion
1 cup vodka
3 1/2 cups marina sauce
Oregano, salt and pepper
1 cup half and half
-4 chicken breasts
Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet heat olive oil over medium. add onions and saute. add 1 cup of vodka and reduce it, then add marinara sauce. let it simmer and reduce. season with oregano and salt/pepper, now add half and half, and chicken.
