1 2-4oz container egg beaters ( 4 eggs )
2 cups sugar
2 T vanilla ( we have used 3 or 4 T)
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 gallon whole milk
1/2 gallon 1% or skim milk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend first 4 ingredients together in a bowl. Make sure all sugar is dissolved before transferring to ice cream maker. Put egg mixture along with milk into ice cream maker container. Fill up to the line. You will need 2 - 2 1/2 bags of ice to put around container along with rock salt. Turn on machine as directed. Use a 6 quart ice cream maker.
