Ingredients: You're going to need only one thing to make this wonderful brisket! Claude's Brisket Marinade Okay, you also need the brisket! If you can't find Claude's try looking on line.

Directions:Line a roasting pan with tinfoil both ways, leaving the foil in long strips so that you can fold it back over your brisket. Set brisket in pan, pour one bottle of Claude's Brisket Marinade sauce over the brisket. Cover well with tinfoil, then cover whole pan again with foil. Place in preheated oven 300°-350° for about 6 to 8 hours more or less (according to the size of your brisket). |

Notes: This brisket will be the easiest thing you'll ever fix for a main dish. Just put it in the pan, throw it in oven and forget about it! It always comes out fall-apart tender and so moist. Reserve juice to pour over brisket later. If you can't find the brisket sauce in your local market, go online to order it. You can use other sauces and I've tried many others but none can compare to Claude's Brisket Sauce. This is the number one dish that I make for large family gatherings.
