Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 16 oz. Loaf of cinnamon raisin bread
1 quart of whole milk
3 eggs
2 cups of sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9 x 12 inch baking dish with butter-flavored Pam ( or cooking spray)
Preheat oven to 350º
Tear bread into bite size pieces, drop in large mixing bowl and pour milk over. Toss gently until bread is coated, let soak for 15 minutes.
In small bowl, beat eggs with rotary beater, and sugar and vanilla until mixture is thick and yellow. Pour over milk-soaked bread and stir until bread is evenly coated with egg mixture. Transfer to prepared baking dish ( sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg on top if you like) and place in middle rack in oven. Bake until set, about an hour. Serve with warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. I enjoy it cold with hot lemon pudding/sauce! YUM! YUM!

Personal Notes:
"It's as easy as one, two, three." I spent 60+ years trying to find the magic in cooking. Now, I get it. Keep it simple with lots of love. While I am preparing this bread pudding, I am sending love and blessings to all that enjoys its comforting taste.
