2 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 - 2 oz. pkg. Buddig Chipped Beef, diced (save couple slices for covering)
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
Green onions, chopped, to taste
1/2 tsp. horseradish, to taste (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese with mayo, onions, and horseradish. Add chipped beef. Shape into cheese ball. Cover completely with remaining slices for decoration. Refrigerate couple hours. Serve with Ritz, etc., crackers.

Mom would always want to have a snack when we would come visit especially for Sunday dinner and somehow it would always disappear....funny ya think!!
