1 10 oz box Frozen Spinach (thaw & drain)
1/3 c Picante Sauce
1 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese
1/2 c Green onion (chopped)
1/4 tsp Cumin

1 c Tomato *(1 Petite Dice Tomato)
1/2 c Cheddar Cheese (crumbles)
1/2 lb Bacon (crisp)
dash Tabasco & Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spinach, picante, cream cheese, onion, & cumin together in saucepan. Cook & stir until cheese melts. Add tomato, cheddar cheese, & bacon.
Pour into glass or pottery baking dish. Bake in 325º oven for 15 minutes.
Serve with Frito Scoops or corn chips

I usually double this recipe because it really disappears fast! Mmmmmm!
*If you substitute the tomato, be sure to drain the can of petite diced tomatoes)
