1 1/2 c whole wheat or whole wheat white flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/2 c canola oil
2/3 c brown sugar
2/3 c granulated sugar
2 large egg whites
1 1/2 t vanilla extract
1/2 c old-fashioned rolled oats
1 c semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in medium bowl. Whisk together oil and sugars in large bowl. Whisk in egg whites and vanilla until smooth. Stir in dry ingredients. Fold in oats and the chocolate chips. Cover and chill dough at least 15 min. Heat oven 375º. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Drop dough by heaping teaspoons onto parchment paper. Bake 7-10 min, switching position of sheets halfway through
