1 head Cauliflower (broken into florets)
1 lb. Velvetta Cheese
8 ounces Heavy Cream
Italian Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cauliflower in salted water and drain well. Mix Velvetta cheese w/heavy cream. Pour over cauliflower and sprinkle w/Italian breadcrumbs. Bake @350º for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
