3 eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
1 c butter
4 c oatmeal
1 c raisins
2 1/2 c flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 c sour milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp soda in a little milk, pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix eggs, sugar, butter, flour, cinnamon and cloves. Add vanilla and soda/milk mixture, alternately with the sour milk. Stir in oatmeal and raisins. Bake for approx. 10 min or until lightly golden brown.

Per old home EC lessons, you should coat the raisins with a little flour. I usually don't and it still works.
