1 large ham hock
ham pieces (cubed)
1 pkg. bacon
4 cans of navy beans
6 medium potatoes
1 large pkg of fine noodles
1 full stalk of celery chopped
1 pkg. carrots chopped
2 medium onions chopped
beef bouillon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large soup pot, put chopped celery, carrots, onions, ham hock, cubed ham and beef bouillon. Add water to cover ingredients and bring to a boil for 30 minutes.
While ingredients are cooking in soup pot, slice bacon in thin pcs and then fry. When bacon is crisp add to soup with the drippings.
While soup is cooking, cut up potatoes in cubes and put in another pot and cook for 15 minutes. Drain from water and add to soup mixture. In yet another pot bring noodles to a boil until soft, drain and add to soup. After soup has cooked for an hour, take the ham hock out. Add beans to soup and add water if necessary. Salt and Pepper to taste.
