8 oz swordfish
olive oil
1 teaspoon blackening seasoning
sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brush fish with olive oil before grilling or searing in cast iron skillet.
2. Season fish with blackening seasoning.
3. Preheat grill for 15 mins or cast iron pan for 5 mins until steaming HOT!
4. Lay fish down on grill or pan and cook for 5 mins on each side. FLIP ONCE!
5. Finish with sea salt once done cooking.
