1 head garlic
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 white onion, small

4 jalapeno peppers
4 poblano peppers
1 habanero pepper
kosher salt and black pepper to taste
zest of 2 limes
juice of 2 limes
1 tbsp cumin

1. Grill all veggies on grill or roast in oven at 450 for 20 mins. Veggies will begin to blacken, this is what you want.
2. Let veggies cool then remove skins.
3. Chop all veggies to your own consistency or pulse in food processor.
4. Add cumin, salt, pepper, zest of limes, and juice of limes.
5. Let chill for 1 hour and enjoy!
