Ham and Swiss cheese, thinly sliced or Corn Beef and sauerkraut.
1 T Poppy seeds (caraway if corn beef)
1 stick unsalted butter
1 T. Dijon Mustard
1 T minced onion
1 pkg. rye bread - light or dark

Directions:
Directions:
Place loaf of bread on large sheet of foil inserted in casserole dish. Place ham and cheese in between slices of bread. Making sandwiches stacked together. Meanwhile melt butter with remaining ingredients in microwave. Pour butter mixture over the loaf. Wrap well and bake 30 minutes at 350. Can be made ahead of time and baked when company arrives, just before serving.
