1. Slice and seed a watermelon (or a portion of a watermelon). Small chunks work best.

2. Then, puree the pieces in a blender.

3. Fill a popsicle mold with the resulting puree, and freeze.

If you don't have popsicle molds, you can use paper cups instead. Just fill the cups; cover them with foil; and poke popsicle sticks through the center of each foil piece
