2 lb. lean hamburger (very lean)
2 T Tender Quick salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 T. mustard seed
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 T. course pepper
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and make up into 4 rolls. Wrap in plastic wrap and put in refrigerator for 24 hours. Bake on broiler rack at 300 deg. for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Turn over about halfway through. Cool and re-wrap. Freezes well.

Serve with hot mustards on crackers- may serve with assorted cheeses.
