1 nice-sized boneless pork roast cubed
Flour
Oil
2 to 3 tablespoons of chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 chopped onion
4 to 5 cloves of chopped garlic
1 large can of red chili sauce
1 or 2 medium cans chicken broth
1 jar of Santa Cruz chili paste
1 large can of white hominy, rinsed well
1 can of pinto beans
2 to 3 (40z.) cans of chopped green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
One nice sized boneless pork roast cubed. Coat pork roast that's been cubed in flour and shake off excess flour. Fry in a little oil until brown. Then add 2 to 3 tablespoons of chili powder, garlic salt and pepper to taste. Roll cubed pork and flour in chili mixture and brown in a cast-iron skillet. Add onion & chopped garlic and sauté until soft. Put in larger pot and add one large can of red chili sauce, chicken broth, Santa Cruz chili paste, white hominy, pinto beans and chopped green chilies. Simmer all together for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until pork is tender.
