6 pork chops,
2 tbsp. butter,
6 slices of onion,
6 green pepper rings,
1 cup raw rice,
Salt and pepper to tase,
1/4 tsp. cayenne,
2 - 8 oz. cans of tomato sauce, and
4 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops on both sides in 2 tbsp. butter.
Place onions and green pepper on each pork chop.
Add rice.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops and rice.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until liquid is absorbed and rice is cooked.
