1c. Green peppers, cut in strips
1c. Onion, cut in strips
2c. celery, cut on a angle
1# Roast Beef, cooked, cut in strips
2 1/4 c. Chicken broth
1/2t. Garlic
3/4T. salt
1/4t. pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2t. Tabasco

Directions:

Saute peppers,celery and onions in 2T. corn oil
add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and
Thicken with 3T. cornstarch mixed with water
Add 2T. diced pimento from a jar.

Serve over White cooked rice.
