12 medium potatoes
12 strips bacon
1 1/2 C onion (chopped)
1/4 C flour
1/4 C sugar
1 Tbsp salt
pepper
1 1/2 C water
3/4 C vinegar
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp ground mustard
chopped parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes. Peel and slice. In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Save 1/3 C drippings. Saute onion until tender. Stir in next 6 ingredients. Gradually stir in water and vinegar. Bring to boil. Cook one more minute. Pour over potatoes and bacon. Sprinkle with parsley.
