1 can of Coca-Cola for every 1 cup of Ketchup
Bone in Chicken Breast

Directions:
Rinse chicken. In large pan combine ketchup and Coca-Cola. Enough to barely cover chicken. Cook 10-15 min covered then 15 minutes uncovered. The sauce should reduce to gravy consistency. Serve with Mashed Potatoes and use the sauce as gravy.

Mom always said this must be served with Mashed Potatoes so the sauce can be the gravy. Oh... And, don't forget something green on the plate :)
