1 pkg black eye peas, dry
1 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 16 oz jar jalapenos, chopped, juices reserved
5-6 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 8x8 pan. Prepare beans according to package. Mash beans. Add remaining ingredients along with 3-4 T of jalapeno juice. Mix well. Bake for 30-40 min. Serve with tortilla chips. If dip is too spicy, serve with sour cream.
