1 c. olive oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. parley flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. red wine
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients. Pour over beef. If using over London broil, poke to allow marinade to get into the meat. Pour over beef and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Mix occasionally to make sure it is all coated. Drain and broil or roast the beef
