4 chicken breast halves (skinless & boneless)
Salt & Pepper
1/4 c. Italian dressing
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices (drained)
1 T. brown sugar (packed)
2 T. bourbon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill (med-hot) or broiler. Line broiler pans with foil.

Salt & Pepper the chicken and baste with the Italian dressing.

Mix bourbon and brown sugar and coat the pineapple slices.

Place chicken on grill or broiler pan. Grill or broil (4" from the heat) for 8-10 min. Turn chicken and grill or broil for an additional 8-10 min.until chicken is slightly charred and done.

Place coated pineapple on the grill or in other broiler pan. Grill or broil pineapple slices 4-5 min. on one side. Turn slices and broil an additional 4-5 min. until sugar is slightly charred.

Serve pineapple slices on the side of the chicken.
