12 oz. spaghetti
1/3 c. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic paste
1 lb. Savoy cabbage, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
3/4 chicken broth
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flat leaf parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions and drain (reserving some cooking liquid for later)
Heat oil in large skillet and add garlic paste, cabbage and red pepper and saute for 2 minutes
Add broth
Cover and simmer until cabbage is tender, about 10 minutes
Add pasta to the cabbage mixture
Meanwhile, whisk ricotta and parmesan together
Add to pasta, stir and add reserved cooking liquid
as needed to loosen mixture
Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with chopped parsley
