2 handfuls fancy lettuce
8 c spinach leaves, stems removed
1/4 medium red onion, thinly sliced
rice wine vinegar
2 or 3 tangerines
1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
Vinaigrette: 1 tsp minced tangerine zest
2 T fresh tangerine juice
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
2 1/2 T rice wine vinegar
2 T light olive oil
1 T dark sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Clean, wash & spin the lettuce & spinach. Toss the onion with a splash of rice vinegar to draw out pink color. Peel & section tangerines, removing seeds, pith & threads. To make vinaigrette, blend all ingredients, leaving zest to whisk in at end. Combine salad ingredients & toss with dressing. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
