1 1/2 C corn meal
1 lb ground sausage
1/2 tsp dried sage leaves
1 C water
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 can (10 3/4oz) condensed chicken broth
2 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Blend corn meal with 1 C water. In pan, combine sausage, spices, broth, and 2 C water. Separate sausage in piles. Bring to a boil. Slowly add corn meal. Stirring constantly. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Turn into dish and cool.
