2 lb season sausage
1 1/2 C corn meal
4 1/2 C meat stock
salt
pepper
1 Tbsp sage
2 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage; drain. Mix corn meal and meat stock into a 3qt sauce pan. Simmer until thick. Cover and put into double-boiler for 30 minutes. Stir once or twice. Uncover and stir in sausage, salt, pepper, and sage. Stir in eggs one at a time. Put into a loaf pan and bake at 350º for 1 hour covered. Will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
