1 c oil
1/3 c ketchup
1/4 c vinegar
2 T Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper

Makes about 2 cups

Mix all ingredients & shake well.

Use on a spinach salad made with spinach, water chestnuts, hard boiled eggs, onion rings, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, bean sprouts & mushrooms or whatever you want in it.
