Directions:1 Prepare MORNINGSTAR FARMS Buffalo Wings per package directions. Chop the wings into small pieces. Thaw MORNINGSTAR FARMS Sausage Style Recipe Crumbles per package directions. 2 In a medium mixing bowl, combine wings and crumbles. 3 Cut egg roll wrapper in half on the diagonal. Cut each half on the diagonal again and repeat cutting again for a total of 8 nachos per egg roll wrapper. 4 Place a single layer egg roll triangles on a silverstone baking sheet and bake for approximately 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and set aside. Repeat the process until all nacho triangles are baked. The sides will curl under, so turn over sheet to allow for filling. 5 While the egg roll wrappers are baking, prepare the sauce by combining in a medium saucepan the chutney, Hoisin sauce, ginger and vinegar. Heat mixture over medium stirring until thoroughly blended and warm. Remove from heat. 6 To assemble the nachos, place about 2 teaspoons of the wing/sausage mixture on each triangle. When the entire baking sheet is completed, lightly sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees F for 2 to 3 minutes, just until the cheese is melted. 7 Drizzle sauce over the nachos. Repeat process until all nachos are completed. |
