4-6 ears of sweet corn (about 3 cups of kernels)
1/2 tsp. flour
3 T. milk
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
2 T. olive oil

Directions:
Cut uncooked corn off of cob. With edge of spoon, scrape any remaining corn off cob. Combine corn, flour, milk, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add oil to skillet over medium heat. Fry corn mixture till golden brown, about 3-5 min. Serve.
